Adria Kitchens

As the Director of Equity and Activism at Out of Hand Theater, Adria Kitchens (she/her) is at the forefront of driving collective transformation, fostering connection, healing, and taking positive Anti-Racism action. She is Program Manager of Equitable Dinners using art and dialogue to activate and inspire positive change. Equitable Dinners has reached over 12,000 people since January 2020.

Adria is also a co-designer of the Institute for Equity Activism, building equity capacity in leaders using the power of the arts. Adria has coached thousands, supporting them in using relational power as a pathway for transformation. She is a graduate of  Johns Hopkins University and a Senior Faculty Coach for The Institute for Woman-Centered Coaching, Training, and Leadership serving women leaders in over 43 countries.
