Maeve Goldberg
Program Associate
Born and raised in Ashville, North Carolina, Maeve Goldberg is a senior at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she majors in public policy and geography with a minor in sustainability studies. Maeve’s interest in climate and the environment and their nexus with food systems led her to pursue multiple policy internships in Washington, D.C., including with the House of Representatives Committee on Agriculture for her spring semester. Working with the Committee, she gained firsthand experience with the federal legislative process and developed her interest in rural issues. Outside of her coursework and internship experiences, Maeve enjoys reading mystery novels, vegan cooking, and being outdoors with her family and friends.
